Bastian Overgaard (born, 1975) is not just another consultant. He's on a mission. To show how strategic silence can optimize our communication, create effective meetings and support sustainable management.
He advises leaders, gives countless lectures, and facilitates workshops that make up for the abundance of talk that characterizes many meeting cultures.
His pioneering work with silence is based on his own research and 20 years of experience as a communicator, entrepreneur, teacher, and author of three books, including the critically acclaimed "Noise Free Leadership" (Danish title "Støjfri ledelse"), which was published by Akademisk Forlag / Egmont in 2021.
Bastian has had a great relationship with TimeXtender over the past 4 years, he met Anne through their mutual love and understanding of the importance of silence. Bastian had Anne on his podcast in 2017.
